CHICKEN CLEAR SOUP

Ingredients
- 300 gm Chicken
- 1/4 cup chopped Onion
- 3-4 smashed Cloves Garlic
- 1/4 cup chopped Carrot
- 4 cups Water
- 1/4 tsp freshly cracked Black Pepper
- Chopped Spring Onion
- Salt
Preparation
Step 1
Wash the chicken and add it in a pressure cooker along with onion, garlic, carrot and water.
Step 2
Add salt and freshly cracked black pepper and pressure cook until one whistle on high heat.
Step 3
Simmer the heat and cook for 10-12 minutes on low heat.
Step 4
Remove the pressure cooker from heat.
Step 5
Let the pressure release and then open the cooker.
Step 6
Strain the soup using a soup strainer.
Step 7
Take out the chicken pieces and shred them into small pieces.
Step 8
Add few shredded pieces in the clear soup on top.
Step 9
Garnish with spring onion greens.
Serve hot with little butter!
