Chickpea Salad Recipe

Why chickpeas? Because chickpeas are rich in fiber, manganese and it provides you with a vegetarian-friendly source of protein.

  • 100 gm boiled Chickpea
  • 2 tsp diced Cucumber
  • 2 tsp diced Tomato
  • 2 tsp diced Capsicum
  • 2 tsp chopped Onion
  • 2 tsp Broccoli Florets
  • 15 ml Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • 2 gms chopped Coriander
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice


Step 1

First, for the dressing, in a bowl add salt, pepper, lemon juice, olive oil, and mix well.

Step 2

In a large bowl, add the boiled chickpeas, bell pepper, tomato, broccoli, cucumber, onion, and add the dressing to it.

Step 3

Mix the salad well and serve.
