Carrots are super vegetable food. They nourish and at the same time rejuvenate the body. Carrots are high in antioxidants and beta carotene, which makes it to consume regularly. Every food will fill our stomach, but only few will fill our hearts. Milky carrot sweet is one such recipe.
MILKY CARROT SWEET

Ingredients
- Carrot 250 gms
- Sugar 200 gms
- Milk 500ml
- Cinamon 2 or 3
- Ghee 2 tpsp
- Condensed Milk 1 cup
- 1/2 cup powdered Cashew
Preparation
Step 1
Grate the fresh carrots finely.
Step 2
In a saucepan boil the milk and sugar together till the milk becomes thick.
Step 3
In a pan heat 2 tablespoon of ghee and add 2/3 cinnamon. After that add the graded carrot and the pan with a lid till the carrot becomes soft. Cook the carrot in medium so that it becomes soft.
Step 4
After the carrot is soft and juicy add the boiled milk and cook for 10/15 mins with a lid on it.
Step 5
Open the lid and add 1 cup of condensed milk and the powdered cashew to it and the sweet desert is ready to serve.
