SWEET CORN CHICKEN SOUP

Ingredients
- 200 gms of boneless Chicken
- 1 can Sweet Corn cream style
- 1 Egg White
- Vinegar
- Finely chopped Spring Onions
- Soya Sauce
- Finely chopped Ginger and Garlic
- Cornflour
- Black and white Pepper powder
- Salt
- Sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Boil the chicken pieces in half litre of water till it becomes tender.
Step 2
Drain the stock and keep it aside.
Step 3
Shread the chicken with your hand.
Step 4
Take the chicken stock in a sauce pan and place in the flame. Add half of the Sweet Corn tin to it and salt and sugar as preferred.
Step 5
Take a spoonfull of Cornflour and mix it in half cup of water. Add the cornstarch to the stock. Also add 1 tablespoon of Vinegar and 1 teaspoon of soya sauce.
Step 6
Beat an egg white and slowly drip it to the soup.
Step 7
Turn off the flame.Add black and white pepper powder.
Step 8
Also add little amount of finely chopped spring Onion to it and the Soup is ready to serve.
